WHAT YOU WILL LEARN FROM THIS VIDEO
The 22 minute video and accompanying training booklet will show you accessibility
as you have never seen it before. Through this video program, we will help
architects, designers, builders and the public to:
- Recognize that the access code itself, due to its minimal standards
approach to design, may be insufficient to ensure proper human performance;
rather it is a tool to assist architects.
- Understand the importance of interaction with consumer experts to
appreciate the difference between fully functional design and basic
code compliance.
- Conceptualize accessibility and human performance issues during the
design phase of a project to ensure its inclusion and prevent retrofits.
